Firstly, you will need to fill out a health history form. The therapist will then ask you general questions to establish what areas you would like to work on, if any conditions need to be addressed and to determine if massage is appropriate for you.

To evaluate your condition, the massage therapist may perform certain assessments and testing.

We offer multiple services from Bodywork, Aromatherapy to Wellness Services.

The Bodyworks Services include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Hot Stone Massage Therapy.

Aromatherapy Services includes Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranial Sacral Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology.

Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a cozy, relaxed, quiet room. The therapist may play soft music to help you relax.

A half-hour appointment only allows time for a partial massage session, such as neck and shoulders, back or legs, and feet. The average full-body massage treatment generally lasts one hour. For optimal relaxation, you can choose a 60- to 90-minute massage therapy session.

It is better to take a shower before your session. It is advised that you do not consume a heavy meal before your appointment, especially if you want deep tissue or sports massage.

Most massage and bodywork techniques are typically performed with the client unclothed. However, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to your level of comfort.

The therapist will give you privacy to undress, and you will be covered with a sheet and blanket at all times except for the area being worked on.

During the massage, make sure you are comfortable. Many clients close their eyes and relax during a session; some prefer a chat. It’s up to you. The therapist will either move you or ask you to move when they want to adjust your position. Do not hesitate to ask questions at any time.

It generally depends on the technique therapist uses. A light, relaxing massage that does not probe deep into the muscle, should not hurt. Keep in mind that pain can be indication of injured or inflamed muscle.

You will feel very relaxed and calm. You may also experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during a massage, you should drink plenty of water following your massage.
